Sanskrit Class: Lesson 2

In Sanskrit, we first learnt 2 sentences that I showed you last time:

Bhavata Nama Kim - What is your name? (for a boy)
Bhavatya Nama Kim - What is your name? (for a girl)
Mama Nama ____________ - My Name is
Mama Nama ____________ - My Name is

Now, I will tell you 4 more sentences:
Bhavan, Katham Asti? - How are you? (for a boy)
Bhavati, Katham Asti? - How are you? (for a girl)

Aham Kushali Asmi - I am doing well (for a boy)
Aham Kushalini Asmi - I am doing well (for a girl)

Uttammam - Very good.

Eshaha Kaha - Who is he? (standing next to you)
Eshaa Kaa - Who is she? (standing next to you)
Eshaha Aniruddha
Eshaa Divya

Saha Kaha - Who is he? (standing far from you)
Saa Kaa - Who is she? (standing far from you)

Hiking in Zilker Park

On Saturday, we went to Zilker Park in Austin with our father and friend Pranav.

We walked a lot and we saw a creek and a pond and lots of trees and birds.

There are signs telling us about the plants and birds and their names.

Summer Project TyeDye Tshirts by Aniruddha and Divya

We made some TyeDye tshirts last week.
First we got white tshirts, then tied them up with rubber bands.
Then we put on gloves and put plastic sheets on the ground.
Then we put the dye on the tshirt carefully, we should not put them on the rubber bands but some places we did.
Then we left them for a day outside. Then after that, my mother washed them inside the sink until color came out and stopped coming out.
Then we dried them on hangers in our balcony.
After they dried up, we wrote and draw ed on them with a marker.

We also made up India flag tshirts with orange and green colors and draw ed a Ashoka Chakra on it with 24 lines. I will take photos and show you also.
